About us

THE CONCEPT

 

In many cultures the chance to gather and share a meal as a family unit is a priceless opportunity to bond generations. My passion for cooking stems from watching my parents and family members cook and rustle up a quick meal, when time was of the essence. 

I have always liked to eat patties and found the ones I really enjoyed the most were those filled with tender chunks of meat and veg. So I decided to make my own and add the concept of side dishes, to enjoy as a healthy meal.

 Family and friends liked the original patties and were keen to try my culinary innovations, as I experimented, using their taste buds. 

Maybe you’ll like the spicy, savoury patty meal with two sides or like me you have a taste for something sweet after your meal, so what better to have than a warm indulgent, dessert patty, all made from fresh ingredients. Mmmm!

THE founder

Born in England of Caribbean parents, raised with traditional Caribbean and British culinary flavours, I wanted to cater for the taste of every-day people from a diverse range of communities.

THE PRODUCTS

In developing our products we seek to ensure that all our ingredients can contribute to a healthy, nutritious, balanced meal, with succulent pieces of meat, delicious fillings, refreshing cold sides, hearty hot sides and sweet indulgent desserts.

We provide good quality, wholesome patties for the purist, street food diner, vegetarian and vegan as part of a nutritional meal, served with a blend of classic, appertising sides. 

 All our ingredients and products are ethically sourced from local distributors as fresh produce with every care being taken to ensure that packaging is recyclable or compostable. 

We consider the effect waste has on our environment and are responsible in disposing of our waste and ask our customers to be responsible in doing the same.
